Join us September 30 at 2:00 PM EST. Being responsible for staff can be frustrating. Most of the complaints we hear from owners/managers is about staffing issues. Taking the time with staff to communicate expectations, goals and accountability will help overcome staffing issues. Once you register for the training the NFBA will email you all of the log in details.
